She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Curtis Turner and Clearethia Turner (King); and her siblings, Howard King, James King, Eddie Turner, Emerson Turner, Matthew Turner, Ernestine Terrell and Leila Hawkins.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew L. Scott of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ebony M. Scott of Fishers, Indiana and Bryant Outlaw; her siblings, Albert Turner and Sadie M. Turner of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Andrea Starks of Atlanta, Eric Paschall of Chicago, Ericka Paschall of Stockbridge, Grace Simpson of Atlanta and Andrew Rogan of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the True Love Missionary Baptist Church (715 E Wallace St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Concordia Lutheran Gardens Cemetery (1801 Maumee Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46803).
