We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 74, Alexis Ann Antonuccio (Fort Wayne, Indiana), born in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Johnson and Merlin Johnson; her daughter Erin Wilson (Antonuccio); and her sister Mary Cassa Forbes. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Antonuccio; her children, Kerry Antonuccio (Matt Bierbaum) and Patrick Antonuccio (Debra); and her grandchildren, Vincent, Maddie, Ana, Anthony, Sam and Max.
