She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Spraggins and Cordelia Spraggins; and her husband Theodore Hall. She is survived by: her children, Derrick, Ted, Pamela and Robin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pilgrim Baptist Church (1331 Gay St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
