He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Melinda) of Fort Wayne, Keli Elgin (Scott) of Fort Wayne and Joanne Bilinski (Joe) of Yardville, NJ; his grandchildren, Ryan Elgin (Abbey) of Carmel, Marissa Moser (Nick) of Fort Wayne, Allison Perry of Carmel, Clayton Perry of Dallas, TX, Olivia Bilinski of Bozeman, MT and Alex Bilinski of Yardville, NJ; and his great grandchildren, Andi, Crosby Elgin and Layla Moser.
