With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ann (Lerch) Muldoon (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond E. Lerch and Marjorie I. Lerch (Borkenstein); her husband Dan of Raphael's Episcopal Church; and her brother Raymond E. Lerch, Jr.. She is survived by: her friends, Chris Jacquay Pranger, Lynn Blakely, Deb Osterholt and Cindy Krouse; her son Eric Muldoon (Holly); her granddaughter Kendall Muldoon; her brother Stephen Lerch (Jerri); her sister-in-law Patt Jones; her nephew Chad McDaniel; and her caregivers, Tammy, Julie and Linda Murua. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kate's Kart in Fort Wayne.
