He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Outlaw and Rosa Jean Poindexter. He is survived by: his stepfather Dorie Gillespie; his siblings, J. Lu Marc Outlaw, Ricky Outlaw, Dedrick Gillespie and Kathy Young (Eddie); his grandchildren, Michael Butler III (Brionna), Jaya Swopshire, Chandlar Swopshire, Jason Swopshire and Alonna Bischoff; and his brothers, Charles Jerome Outlaw, Jerry L. Outlaw and Dorie D. Gillespie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Memorial Gardens, Inc. (1338 Eliza St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
