She is survived by: her children, Julie Garcia, Tammy Keck, Marilyn Retelle, Lynne Eckert, Franklin Jr., Gina West, Lisa Root, Daniel and Nancy Simmons; and her siblings, Marie Mullins and Joseph Grindley (Darlene). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
