In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Arthur Joe had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Arthur Joe may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maria Dolores Martinez Duncan and Robert Leo Duncan; his brothers, Robert and Jude Duncan; his nephews, Alex Sturdivant and Ace Jameson Leon; and his sisters, Georgina Jordan (Keith) and Gloria.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the C. M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home (1327 N Wells St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rescue Mission, specifically to the Charis House for Women and Children.
