He is survived by: his wife Esther Guzmán; and his children, Luz María Vázquez (Ramiro), Martín Guzmán (Becky), Miguel Ángel Guzmán (Patricia), Eduardo Guzmán and Baltazar Guzmán. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
