She is survived by: her husband Clayton Applegarth; her sons, Sean Sickafoose (Angela) and Mark Sickafoose (Heather); her grandchildren, Evan, Reid Sickafoose, Noah, Sophia Weimer, Emma Adams, Jackson and Marissa Sickafoose; and her brother Winston Collins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
