She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Langley and Walter J. Langley Sr.; her husband Thomas E. Fischer Sr.; and her sister Patricia Lautzenheiser. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Joefreda (David), Thomas E. Fischer Jr. and Laurie Geisleman (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Nathan Perez, Mackenzie McDirmit (Logan), Alyssa Henry and Mason Henry; her great grandchildren, Malikai Perez and Carson McDirmit; and her brother Walter Langley Jr. (Cathea).
Preferred memorial donations may be directed to Humane Fort Wayne in memory of Barbara.
