Barbara L. Werling Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara L. Werling (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara L. Werling to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin David and Evelyn Kathryn Hipkins (Juergens); her husband Victor Werling; and her brother David Hipkins. She is survived by: her children, Steve Werling (Julie) of Turkey Lake, Dorothea Herb (Mark) of Fort Wayne and EveLynn Goodhind (Paul) of Shutesbury, MA; her grandchildren, Kathryn Lehman (Andrew), Nathan Herb (Aleesha), Christina Alliger (James), Erica Turner (Joe), Joshua and Jordyn Goodhind; her great grandchildren, Colten, Catelynn Turner, Alexander, Grace, Madelyn, Michaela Lehman, Nicholas and Abigail Herb; and her sister-in-law Claudia Hipkins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Epiphany Lutheran Church (6606 Maplecrest Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at the St. John Lutheran Cemetery (729 W Washington Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church.
