It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann McDowell of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Beaty and Mary Beaty (White); her children, Lisa McDowell, Rodney and Kimberly McDowell; and her sister-in-law Debbie Beaty.

She is survived by: her children, Amy McDowell of Chicago, IL and Anthony McDowell of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Stone McDowell, Breeze McDowell, Breia Connett and Chantal Carper; her siblings, Kenneth Beaty and Pamela Beaty; and her nieces and nephews, Neil, Brian, Kalem, Ashley and Tashara Beaty. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
