It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara R. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert R Fisher and Vivian C Fisher (Martin). She is survived by: her daughters, Constance E Burnett of Fort Wayne and Tamara K Roy-Villarreal (Arturo) of Fort Wayne; her siblings, Linda Dailey (Rex) and Robert R Fisher II (Dee); and her grandchildren, Chelsea and Timothy English.

Memorial donations may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project.
