She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Decker and Joella Decker Sr.; and her brothers, Charles Decker Jr. and Thomas Decker. She is survived by: her children, Jo Ellen Carol Kline (Brian) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Richard Bellis (Teresa Laffler) of Hamilton, Indiana. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
