She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Carroll and Arlene Carroll (Hagar); her husband Thomas Zoltek; and her son Michael Zoltek. She is survived by: her children, Tom Zoltek (Shannon), Donna Krumma (Kevin) and Richard Zoltek (Krystal); her grandchildren, Andrea Ott (Brian), Jordan Krumma, Alexandria Rodriguez, Brenden Zoltek (Eryn), Caitlyn Zoltek and Dana Zoltek; and her siblings, Richard Carroll (Linda) and Debbie Gorgone (Billy). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
