He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richards, Jr. and Eleanor A. Richards (Taylor). He is survived by: his wife Pamela A. Richards (McAbee); his sons, Zachary Richards (Jayla) of Hicksville, OH and Alec Richards (Erin Tidd) of Westfield; his granddaughter Beckley Richards; and his siblings, Scott Richards of Fort Wayne, John Richards (Kirsten) of Fort Wayne, Todd Richards (Liz) of Inverness, FL and Dawn Ward of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mizpah Shrine (1015 Memorial Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A masonic service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
