He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar S. and Mary K. Noel (Hixson); his wife Patricia Noel; and his grandson Josh Noel. He is survived by: his children, Mike Noel (Lois) of Kimmell, Indiana and Jan Miller (Don) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
