Phillips III of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Cynthia Gardner of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her sister Michelle Lynch Donaldson (Lee) of New Bedford, MA; and her close friends, Doris Dowdell and Gladys Middleton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives.
