We bid farewell to Beth Ann Bay (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2026 at the age of 71. Beth Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ball and Marilyn Ball; and her mother-in-law Nancy Anderson. She is survived by: her husband James Bay; her sons, Michael Bay and Matthew Bay; her grandchildren, Samantha, Dean, Jacob, Lindsey and Lucas; her father-in-law Thom Anderson; and her brothers, Jeff (Pam James) and Don (Patti Easterday).

In honor of Beth Ann Bay, memorial donations may be given to Parkview Hospice.
