She is survived by: her children, Matt (Renee), Christopher Scott Schiebel and Michele (Lynn); her grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew, Gage, Jaxson, Gordie, Charlotte and Grace; her great grandchild Estelle; her sisters-in-law, Sarah Rodgers and Pam Ingermann; and her niece Brooke Rodgers.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, Beth's family encourages donations to the non-profit, Blessings In A Backpack, a program that provides weekend meals for low-income students.
