She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lawson and Ethel Lawson (Brumett); and her husband Thomas Kunderd. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hoover (Tim), Thomas Kunderd (Jennifer), Edward Kunderd, Valera Green (Jeff) and Marshall Kunderd (Rebecca). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
