She was predeceased by: her mother Vivian Haggerty; her former husband William Smith; and her stepsons, Gary Nichols Jr. and Grant Nichols. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, David Smith (Terry) of Lafayette, IN, Tina Huber of Omaha, William Smith (Edid) of Omaha, NE, Kellie Walker (Al) of Fort Wayne, Gregory Nichols of Grimes, IA and Larissa Baker (Jason) of Fort Wayne; and her brothers, Bob Haggerty (Jane) of Deshler, OH and Bill Haggerty (Kim) of Port Orange, FL.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
