He is survived by: his wife Susan Smeltzley (Anderson); his children, Chad Smeltzley of Fort Wayne, Justin Smeltzley (Olivia) of Fort Wayne, Amber Dicks (Deven) of Fort Wayne, Rianne Biehl (Bradley) of Schaumburg, IL and John King (Tricia) of Garrett; his siblings, Bill Smeltzley (Cindy), Sandy Berghoff of Fort Wayne and Anni Rondot (Dave) of South Whitley; and his sister-in-law Carol Smeltzley of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
