He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall O. Tarney and Hattie Mae Tarney (Magill). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Tarney (Carroll); his children, Joseph Tarney (Tricia), Angela LeShore (David) and Jared Tarney (Irina); and his grandchildren, Colin, Grady, Alec, Avery LeShore, Addison and Emma.
