Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Braydin Adam Lewis (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away at the age of 19, on April 15, 2023. He is survived by: his parents, Adam Lewis and Kristen Lewis of Angola, IN; his brother Corbin Moore of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandparents, Gary, Mary Wagner of Ft. Wayne, IN, Ken and Vicki Lewis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, and several best friends.

In lieu of flowers, Braydin would like donations to be made to Carroll High School Champions Together (sports program for kids with disabilities), checks payable to Carroll High School.
