He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Buschey and Anderson; and his sister Rene Buschey. He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Svitak (Brent); his grandchildren, Madeline of Fort Wayne and Dakota Svitak of Fort Wayne; and his sisters, Val Buschey (Cathy Knight) of LaPorte and Lauren Widman (Jeff) of Fort Wayne.
