He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Edward and Grace D. Seiy (Schneider); and his siblings, Elayne Seiy and Michael Seiy. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Seiy of Fort Wayne; his children, Amber Terrell (Nick) of Fort Wayne, David Paulen (Jackie) of Aberdeen, N. J., Jillian Paulen of Indianapolis, Sarah Seiy of Fort Wayne and Danielle Bartlow of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Jessielynn Park, Jaxson Park, Connor Terrell, Fischer Osbun, James Bartlow and Daisy Bartlow; and his brother David Seiy (Cher) of Garrett, IN..
