He was predeceased by: his son Spencer Sterling York. He is survived by: his parents, James Richard and Patricia June Stahl; his wife Kimberly Layne Stahl (Long); his children, Joseph Stahl (Audrey) and Samantha Wheat (Curtis); his siblings, Daniel Stahl (Janet), Ron Stahl and Julie Stahl; and his grandchildren, Grace, Stella, Harper, Lincoln, Parker of Fort Wayne, Javanni and Alayna Wheat of Alaska. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
