He was predeceased by: his mother Jill Stark (Bonter); and his stepmother Gladys Stark. He is survived by: his father Marvin L. Stark of Fort Wayne; his wife Patricia Stark (Logan); his children, Jacqlyn Hendricks (Aaron) of Spring Hill, TN and Kevin Stark (Sarah) of McCordsville, IN; his grandchildren, Greyson Hendricks, Sophia Stark, Londyn Hendricks, Harper Stark and Foster Hendricks; and his brothers, Darrell Stark (Carol) of Defiance, OH and Larry Stark of Fort Wayne.
