With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bryan David Wolff of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Forero. He is survived by: his father Roger Wolff (Susan); his sons, Jeremy (Ashleigh) and Ben Wolff; his grandchildren, Addison and Ryan; his brother Keith Wolff (Charity); and his stepsiblings, Jamie Frazier (Stephanie) and Amy Bermes (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Brigham and Women's Hospital or Heart to Heart Hospice.
