He is survived by: his wife Kristi Felkner; his daughters, Jessica "Jessi" Forker (John Jr.) and Abigail "Abbi" Felkner (Derek Coolman); his grandchildren, Skyler and John Forker III; his siblings, Michael Felkner (Sue) and Dawn Straessle (John); and his sister-in-law Shari Felkner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
