He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Patillo (Mark) and Cheryl Duncan (Tim); his grandchildren, Allison Blackwood (Graham), Cole Duncan, David Hein, Stephen Hein (Allie Sutton), Claire Winfree (Dustin), Preston Patillo (Ellen) and Bailey Patillo (Chris Daniels); his great grandchildren, Mila, Nadia, Anna, Avery and Beckett; his siblings, C. Richard, Kent (Wendy), Jodi Chapman (Craig) and Kara Alberson (Russ); and his siblings-in-law, Stan Escott, Art Kelley and Kathy Cole.
In lieu of flowers the family invites donations to St. Joe United Methodist Church or the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission in his honor.
