She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Young and Luella Young (Weyhe); and her husband Richard Dugan. She is survived by: her children, Richard Dugan (Madara), Thomas Dugan (Lora) and Patricia Dugan; her grandsons, Gregory Dugan, Christopher Dugan, Jack Dugan, Marcus Dugan, Joseph Dugan and Noah Dugan; and her great grandchildren, Zeno and Callan. She is also survived by her family, friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
