It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sue Fox of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kuhn and Phyllis Kuhn. She is survived by: her husband Victor; her children, Katie Ayers (Matt), Michelle Fansler (Jason), Kevin Fox (Kristina), Stephanie Hoffer (Andrew), Michael Fox and Scott Fox; her siblings, Cindy Rose (Greg), Kathleen Fogarty (Dan), Edward Kuhn (Rhonda), Annette Guise (Randy) and Kelly Shininger (Doug); and her grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella, Darcey, Elizabeth, William and Amelia. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
