She was predeceased by: her parents, John Junk and Elizabeth Junk (Hahn); her husband Norman Gerardot; her children, Norman E., Kevin Gerardot and Pamela Boschet; and her siblings, Mary Ann Ohneck, Margaret Anderson and Bill Junk.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Gerardot (Judy), Ron Gerardot (Sue), Maureen McAfee (Bill), Laura Hattery (Tom), René Moring (Jeff), Carla Mohamedali (Iftekhar) and Cheryl Marchant; and her daughter-in-law Kim Gerardot. She is also survived by 80 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Divine Mercy Funeral Home (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church (1515 Barthold St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Catholic Cemetery (3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).
