She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Emrick and Dora Emrick; her husband William G. Beaver; and her siblings, Howard Emrick, Joyce Baulkey and Virginia Worley.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Beaver of Fort Wayne, Scott Beaver of New Haven and Sheryl Gick of Fort Wayne; her granddaughter Ashlee Beaver; and her niece Judy Demeter.

Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Carol's family c/o Mike Beaver.
