She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Irene Henry; her husband Gerald Sr.; her son David; and her brothers, Charles Henry, Jerome Henry, Eugene Henry and Mort Henry.

She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Felts (Thomas) of Fort Wayne, Charles (Lynn) of Naperville, Mark (Mary) of Fort Wayne, Gerald Jr. (Ellen) of Newburgh, Joseph (Sherry) of Fort Wayne and Michael (Denise) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to University of St. Francis Nursing Scholarship Fund, Parkview Hospice or St. Anne's Retirement Community.
