He was predeceased by: his father William J. Hand; and his brothers, Billy and Jesse Hand. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hand; his children, Bryan Hand (Becky Blanton), Darwin Hand (Kelly), Susan Hand-Walmsley (Patrick) and Gregory Hand; his grandchildren, Samantha (Brandon), Makaelah, Haley (Conner), Zachary, Kassi and Luke; his great grandchildren, Zirah, Cody Jr., Max, Nash, Evelyn and Malcolm; his siblings, Larry Hand (Joyce), DeMarise Martin (Lynn), Barbara Deetz-Kissner (Raymond), Shirley Hand-Gronski (Dave Fike) and Marsha Myers; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Deetz, Dick Myers, Kenneth Scott and Jacque Hand.
