She was predeceased by: her mother Carolyn; and her half-brother John. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce and Mariann; her husband Thomas Simonds; her son-in-law James; her grandsons, Jack and Jordan; her sisters, Deborah and Carin; and her half-sisters, Mari and Ann.
We are remembering Cathy with donations in lieu of flowers. The family prefers donations be made in Cathy's honor to the Mustard Seed Furniture Bank of Fort Wayne.
