She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Wendling and Doris Wendling (Hapner); and her sisters, Diana Long and Barbara Caserta. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Sower (Curtis), Onion and Anthony Wendling; and her grandchildren, Danielle (Brad), Logan (Jamie), Cale, Kerrigan and Nicolas. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.

Contributions in Catherine's memory may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
