Catherine Marie Wyatt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2025, at the age of 94, Catherine Marie Wyatt of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Sherwood and T. Mae Sherwood (Hummer). She is survived by: her children, Steven J. Wyatt of Columbia City, Shari L. Wyatt, Beth Ann M. Wyatt and Linda K. Uptgraft (Richard); her friend Douglas Johnson of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Amanda Brown (Ryan), Laura Welch-Mitchel (Camden), Asia Uptgraft (Timothy McCormick), Nathanial Uptgraft and Addison Howell-Johnson; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Linessa Brown, Jacee McKinney, Alena, Tai and Nora McCormick; her brother James B. Sherwood, Jr. (Marsha); her sister-in-law Vesta Sherwood (Richard); and her friend Carol Brown. She is also survived by two nephews; four nieces; as well as cousins, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals (6810 Old Trail Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46809). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Lindenwood Cemetery (2324 W Main St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).
