He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Dawson, Odessia Dawson, Edna Shepard and Clint Dawson, Jr.; his wife Sandra Dawson; and his children, Tanya Dawson, Ronald Harris, John Washington, Daryle Washington and Charles Dawson, Jr.. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oakridge Temple (2808 Evans St, Fort Wayne, IN 46806). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
