He was predeceased by: his father Emil Hoover; his children, Kimberly and Rodney; his grandson Jay; and his brothers, Richard, Gene and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Bertha Collins; his son Randy Hoover (Tina) of Ft Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Hope Garcia (Gustavo), Billy Frederick of Harlan, IN, Vennessa (Dalton), AJ Hoover (Maddie) and Jaden Hoover Ft Wayne. He is also survived by 10 Great grandchildren, 1 Great Great granddaughter.
