He is survived by: his mother Edna Rupert (Kauffman); his stepfather Casey Rupert; his siblings, Cheryl Allen (Peter) and Jacob Rupert; his nephews, Ethan Gates, Evan Gates, Nolan Allen and Kayden Goble; and his close friends, Robin Laymon and Zach Walter. He is also survived by aunt, uncles, and many cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Positive Expressions (441 Fernhill Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805).

Memorials may be directed to Chuck's Family C/O Yeager Funeral Home for the creation of a scholarship fund in Chuck's name for the Fort Wayne.
