He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Schoeph and Lucille Schoeph (Sproat); his wife Mary Lou; his brother Don Schoeph; and his son-in-law Frank Hackett.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hackett Borne (Dale), Kerry Schoeph (Cheryl) and Joe Schoeph (Mindi); and his sister Kay Evans of Fort Wayne.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church (2417 Getz Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Preferred memorials are to Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, Stillwater Hospice Home, or Aldersgate Church.
