She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Joseph C. Lill and Loretto Graf Lill; her husband Richard Nill Sr.; her children, Mary Kay Doepker and Mark Nill; and her grandson Danny Nill.

She is survived by: her sister Suzanne Steel; her children, Richard Nill (Judy), Nancy Toone (Rick), Sally McKibben and Joseph Nill (Cathy); and her son-in-law Steven Doepker. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Charlotte's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
