She was predeceased by : her brothers, Lester Blauvelt and Raymond Blauvelt. She is survived by : her parents, Raymond L. Blauvelt and Wanda Blauvelt (Patrick); her husband Paul Doak; her son Brooks; her grandchildren, Cleopatra, Azaria and Phoenix; and her sister Cindy Nissen (Jeff Blauvelt). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
