It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl (Lambert) McIntosh (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Lambert and Betty Jean Lambert (Branstrator); and her siblings, Timothy, Tommy, Ted, Jonathan, Lyndon, Bradford, Terry and Roberta.

She is survived by: her sons, Eric and Christopher McIntosh; her granddaughter Sydney McIntosh; and her sisters, Priscilla McInturf (Mike) and Melanie Lambert.
