We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2022, at the age of 92, Christine J. Gerig of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Bluffton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Armin Steiner and Elizabeth Steiner (Steiner); her husband Paul R. Gerig; and her siblings, Gaius "Gus" Steiner, John Steiner and Virginia Witmer.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Gerig (Michelle) of Marion and Jim Gerig (Jill) of Hicksville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brandon Gerig (Martha) of Marquette, Laurén Brady (Jon) of Charlotte, Brooke Lloyd (Caleb) of Fallon and Paige Lovett (Tony) of Columbus, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Georgia and Margaux Gerig.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Grabill Missionary Church.
